Certis is proud to be the appointed Common Service Provider for parking enforcement across Singapore

Certis has been awarded a three-year contract by the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Housing & Development Board (HDB), and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) as the Common Service Provider to carry out enforcement against parking offences nationwide.

Said Mr Ronald Poon, Chief Executive, Singapore, Certis, “The award of this contract underscores LTA, URA and HDB’s faith in Certis as a trusted partner in delivering critical operations that extend beyond security. Through Certis’ professional, well-trained and experienced officers supported by advanced technology and integrated processes, we are committed to supporting the three agencies in achieving their desired outcomes.”

One key technology Certis is deploying is the Mobile Enforcement Vehicles (MEV). The MEV is able to scan, recognise vehicle number plates, and immediately verify car licence plates with side-mounted cameras. As a result, the efficiency and the productivity of enforcement officers is boosted by some 30%.

At Certis, it is of paramount importance to deliver efficient solutions that give clients peace of mind. The appointment to manage this national initiative is strong testament to Certis’ unique ability and strong track record in design thinking to harness its multi-disciplinary operations-technology capabilities.
