|Mr. Olivier Lim joined the board in October 2014 and was appointed Chairman of Certis CISCO on 1 February 2015. He brings to the Board many years of experience in real estate, banking, corporate finance, capital management, mergers and acquisitions. He was the Group Deputy CEO of CapitaLand before he left in September 2014 to take a personal sabbatical.
During his tenure at CapitaLand, he held various roles, including Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Financial Officer (CFO), and was named CFO of the Year (for firms with a market capitalisation of S$500 million and above) in the Business Times Singapore Corporate Awards 2007. Prior to joining CapitaLand, Mr. Lim was Director and Head of the Real Estate Unit, Corporate Banking in Citibank Singapore.
A member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Societal Leadership at Singapore Management University (SMU), he is also a member of the Board of Governors of Northlight School, and a non-executive director of the Anglo Chinese Schools Foundation and Raffles Medical Group. He had previously served as non-executive Chairman of Australand Holdings Limited (ASX listed), Mount Faber Leisure Group, and the Advisory Council for the Singapore CFO Institute and on the boards of various listed companies, as well as the boards of Sentosa Development Corporation and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
Mr. Lim holds a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London.
|Mr. Fong Heng Boo joined the Board on 1 July 2012. He was the Director (Special Duties) with the Singapore Totalisator Board. He is also a Board Director of four companies listed on the SGX-ST.
An accountant by profession, Mr. Fong started his career with the Auditor-General’s Office and left in 1993 as the Assistant Auditor-General. He was also General Manager (Corporate Development) of a listed company in Singapore as well as the Chief Financial Officer of a listed company in Australia. His other professional experience included membership of Audit Committees of Statutory Boards and Advisory Committees of the School of Accountancy of Nanyang Technological University and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Mr. Fong is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). He was a council member of ICPAS and he was awarded a Silver Medal by the Institute in 1999.
|Mr. Neil McGregor joined the Board on 15 August 2014. He currently holds the position of Group President & CEO of Sembcorp Industries. He is also a director of Sembcorp Industries Limited, Singapore LNG Corporation, Clifford Capital and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Mr McGregor’s rich international experience includes over a decade spent in Singapore serving markets in the region. Previously, he also headed companies in India and Singapore as CEO, including Singapore LNG Corporation and PowerSeraya Group. Most recently, he was the Head of Temasek International’s Energy and Resources Group, Head of Australia and New Zealand and Senior Managing Director of the Enterprise Development Group.
He is a director on the boards of organisations including National University of Singapore’s Energy Studies Institute, as well as a fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Mr McGregor holds a BEng (Honours) from the University of Auckland and an MBA in International Finance from the University of Otago in New Zealand. He also completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD, France.
|Mr. Yap Chee Keong joined the Board on 1 December 2014. He is the independent non-executive Chairman of Netlink Trust and an independent non-executive director of Citibank Singapore Limited.
He is currently a non-executive director of Straits Trading Company Limited and ARA Asset Management Limited, serves as a board member of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, and is a member of the Public Accountants Oversight Committee.
Chee Keong was previously the Executive Director of Straits Trading Company Limited and the Chief Financial Officer of the Singapore Power Group. He has also worked in senior management roles in various multinational and listed companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia.
|Ms. Rachel Eng joined the Board on 15 April 2015. She is the Deputy Chairman of WongPartnership LLP. As a corporate lawyer, she is involved in listings, corporate advisory, corporate governance and compliance and financial services regulatory work.
Ms. Eng is a board member of the Singapore Accountancy Commission and PUB. She also sits on the Board of Trustees of Singapore Institute of Technology, the Advisory Board of School of Law of the Singapore Management University and the Council of the Singapore Business Federation.
She is a member of the Committee on the Future Economy and is a Supervisory Committee member of ABF Singapore Bond Index Fund formed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. She also sits on the board of the Singapore chapter of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA), the Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Exams Board of the Institute of Banking and Finance, and the Reuters Editorial Advisory Board.She is also an independent non-executive director of Starhub Ltd, Olam International Ltd and SPH REIT Management Pte Ltd (Manager of SPH REIT).
|Mr. Khoo Boon Hui joined the board on February 2016. Mr Khoo has more than 30 years of police experience as well as recognised expertise in organisational management.
He began his career in the Singapore Police Force in 1977, after a short stint in the Singapore Armed Forces and was its Commissioner from 1997 to 2010. He also served as President of INTERPOL from 2008 to 2012. After his stint in the Police, Mr Khoo was appointed the Senior Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs from 2010 to 2014. He concurrently assumed the appointment of Director of the Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development, Civil Service College in 2013. Upon his retirement from the Government, Mr Khoo was appointed the Senior Advisor of the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2015 on contract, and a year later was re-designated a Senior Fellow. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Civil Service College and the Home Team Academy.
He is Chairman of the Singapore Island Country Club, the Singapore Golf Association Governing Council, the Deputy Chairman of the Singapore Quality Award Governing Council and also a board member of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd, Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd, Ministry of Health Holdings, Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore and Temasek Foundation.
He is an Advisor to INTERPOL, Singapore’s National Cybersecurity R&D Programme, Standard Chartered Bank UK’s Board Financial Crime Risk Committee, Palo Alto Networks’ Public Sector Council and Oxford University’s Journal of Police. He co-chairs the annual US Singapore Law Enforcement Homeland Security and Safety Co-operation Dialogue with his counterparts from the US Department of Justice and Homeland Security, and is a member of the Global Initiative against Transnational Organised Crime. He was Chairman of Technology Against Crime, the organiser of the International Forum on Technologies for a Safer World, based in France and is the Conference Chairman of Milipol Asia Pacific; and also served on the Independent Commission on the Future of UK Policing, as well as the World Economic Forum Meta-Council on the Illicit Economy. He also chaired the first two ASEAN Senior Officials’ Roundtable on Cybercrime and co-chaired the Singapore Safe City testbed initiative.
