Official Opening of Certis CISCO Aviation Security Quality & Learning Management Centre

 Certis CISCO marked another chapter in its continuous pursuit for quality today as it officially opened the new Quality & Learning Management Centre (QLC) at Changi Airport.

The Guest-of-Honour, CEO of Changi Airport Group, Mr Lee Seow Hiang, was present to officiate the opening and unveiled the opening plaque.

Mr Lee was given a tour of the QLC that houses a 24/7 Surveillance Centre and a Learning Centre. The QLC aims to showcase Certis CISCO’s multi-faceted and multi-layered quality system as it brings together:
  • M3 philosophy of Man, Machine, Method
  • Certis CISCO Service Delivery System to enable ordinary officers to deliver consistent, extraordinary results
  • 24/7 Surveillance and Performance Management & Monitoring

Our 24/7 Surveillance Centre provides centralised surveillance of security and service performance of officers and systems to allow for timely intervention. The Surveillance Centre also serves as a platform to collate data for trend analysis and continuous improvement.

The Learning Centre allows our officers to be trained in our facility, leveraging on IT systems to create a central depository for knowledge management, and an online learning management system for more effective and efficient learning.
